Renice has been in the behavioral health field for 12 years working with adults with anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, and those struggling with life transitions. Renice is aware of how anxiety, moods, and substance use can cause havoc in a person's life.

Like many who grow up in urban metropolitan areas, Renice witnessed firsthand the consequences of lacking the tools needed to effectively navigate life’s challenges, often leading to unhealthy choices. While in graduate school, Renice began to deepen her understanding of the environmental and socioeconomic factors that shape an individual’s life—factors that can drive people toward unhealthy coping mechanisms when they feel they have no other viable options.

Renice is here to be your GPS and guide you towards healthier options you can take. By identifying what you can control in the situation and learning how to regulating your emotions during time of crisis.

Individual Therapy

RRR Therapy allocates a secure space for individuals to explore their emotions, behaviors, and thoughts by learning techniques using distress tolerance, emotional regulation, treatment and
connecting your body to your emotions. In addition to Person-Center Therapy, and more.
